Our guidelines were devised and are implemented to ensure the safety and provide the best experience for all participants in our program.

  • Parents are asked to remain on the grounds (in our waiting area or outside) of the facility during class.
  • We request that parents remain off the play area while classes are in session.
  • No food or drink permitted in the play area.
  • Siblings are not allowed in the play area and must be under parental supervision at all times.
  • Children should arrive to the program dressed to play. Comfortable clothing is recommended and sneakers are required.
  • Parents must accompany their child to the rest room. Our staff cannot take responsibility for changing clothing or diapering.
  • Recommendations will be made by the Hop Skip & a Jump staff as to the most appropriate class group for each child. We strive to create classes that will best address the needs of all children. Please accept our recommendations.
  • Hop Skip & a Jump reserves the right to excuse or deny any child from our program in the event that the safety and/or progress of that child or other children in the program become compromised. A refund will be given to any child who is excused from the program.
  • Payment in full is due the first week of each new session. Make checks payable to Hop, Skip & a Jump.
